This article is about a Congressman pleading for his life with state lawmakers. Its telling how things got out of hand and judges had to put people in their places,it was just so tense. Also telling that Congressman Boustany and Richmond talked to a staffer in the hallway away from everyone else. Congressman Richmond had been keeping his distance,but also keeping tight spaces with Boustany. It's saying that without freshman congressman Landry present members met privately at a Chinese restaurant and agreed to set of guiding principles for redistricting. Overall that Alexander,the dean of the congressional delegation,seemed pleased with the way things were going.
