yes, because people today are misusing there rights to own guns. when i say this i mean that people are buying guns and using them in the wrong way. some examples of this would be like revenge, just to prove a point,and to show there friends that there capable of doing something like taking someones life. so yes i do think that the u.s should have tighter gun laws. i think they should check backrounds more and if they have a violent background with guns they shouldn't be able to buy one
